Order processing

Processing begins after the model, quantity, technical configuration, commercial terms and delivery details are confirmed. Freskool does not publish one blanket processing time for every model because technical review or project-specific configuration may be required.

Delivery timing

Transit time depends on the shipment origin, equipment dimensions and weight, destination, carrier availability and requested service level. Estimated handling and transit timing is provided with the quote or order confirmation.
